Note on notability
[edit]Eyeballing Google Scholar I'm guessing his h-index is ~22, most of which was accomplished as a grad student. Definitely notable. Lesser Cartographies (talk) 06:21, 28 August 2014 (UTC)
- Five years later it's 45, which says something about the h-index but little about Zaharia. See WP:BIGNUMBER. None of the cited sources are reliable and independent, and significant amounts of content don't bother with sources at all. Better sources exist, though I'm not sure that's enough for WP:GNG. I'll remove the unsourced and poorly-sourced content and do some rewriting. Huon (talk) 22:39, 31 August 2019 (UTC)
