So I found a source which gives den Dekker's birthplace as Margate, Florida instead of Fort Lauderdale.[1] This is the same source from which I learned his middle name which was previously not given in any database. I still haven't had it confirmed but I passed it along to the guys at Baseball-Reference to look into it. Just something to keep in mind I guess. Dennis C.
