Perhaps due in part to the rather rocky history of this article in draft form, it may now been pared back to such an extent that there is worthwhile and interesting information missing. There are some good reference sources and it might benefit from further additions, with reference to them.Libby norman 14:43, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
