Location
[edit]On their Policy Review of Mexico, OECD criticized the location for not being tourist-friendly.[6]
On the page number given, the criticism is about the station design and lack of information rather than the location. (2c)
- Reworded.
It also serves colonias Peñón de los Baños and Moctezuma 2ª sección
Is there an English translation for this? (1a)
- I can change colonia to neighborhood (with a link to colonia), but in the strict sense, I can't translate proper names. While "Moctezuma Second Section" might be understandable "Crag of the Bathrooms" is not. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 18:34, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- If it is just a proper name it should be fine Username6892 18:49, 18 April 2020 (UTC)

History and construction
[edit]Between Oceanía–Terminal Aérea stretch, the track goes from surface to underground,[10]
ref 10 says that it's between Terminal Aerea and Hangares (2c), also, change it to "Between Oceanía (or Hangares because that's what the source says) and Terminal Aérea, the track runs from the surface to an underground tunnel" (1a)
Transliterally it says "In the Oceanía-Puerto Aéreo--the avenue--stretch the ground-level to underground transition is located, and at that level--it refers to underground--Terminal Aérea and Hangares stations are located, like the stretch that connects them, whose structure of diaphragm wall was built by the Milan method".--I could add this last part I forgot. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 18:34, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- I'm getting confused by this. Perhaps I need a 2nd opinion. Username6892 19:00, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- I don't have any problem with that. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 19:14, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
Landmarks
[edit]Four murals, titled Paisajes cálidos y fríos,[20] are located at the end of each platform (Cálidos in the northern walls and Fríos in the southern walls);[10]
ref 10 doesn't support the content (although the attached pdf might) (2c)- "and murales en los vestíbulos y las cabeceras de los andenes ... el de la cabecera sur, “Paisajes Cálidos”, y el de la cabecera norte, ”Paisajes Fríos”." -> "and murals in the lobbies and platform headers(?) ... southbound, Warm landscapes, and northbound Cold landscapes--which I wrote backward and now make more geographic sense". I don't know if there's an English word for these walls which are called "cabeceras". © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 18:34, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
The other two murals, named Tlaltilco (east corridor) and Cuitzeo (west corridor),[10][20] are located in the station corridors.[10]
refs don't seem to support that they're locatied within the station corridors (2c)- Changed to lobby, because it says vestíbulo.
Terminal Aérea is briefly mentioned in the Aníbal Ricci book Fear (2007) when the protagonist arrives at the Airport and asks for directions to the city center.[24]
Seems trivial (3b)

[edit]I don't think the gallery is needed.

Overall
[edit]Before I place this on hold, I will request a 2nd opinion for the exit list as well as if this is a reliable source.
- Removed, it was here before I edited it. I didn't notice it was Blogspot. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 18:34, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Username6892: Thank you for the review, I have replied above. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 18:34, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- Second opinion from Vami IV
- Robert Schwandl/UrbanRail seems credible to me. UrbanRail is self-published, and that's not good, but its author is a noted publisher on the subject of rail transport. –♠Vami_IV†♠ 05:09, 25 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Vami IV: There is a part in the history/construction that I need a 2nd opinion on. Username6892 14:17, 25 April 2020 (UTC)
- Aha. This section should not be bullet-points. –♠Vami_IV†♠ 21:19, 25 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Vami IV: Are you still planning on giving the 2nd opinion? (It's been a week) Username6892 02:33, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- I thought I had given it, but here it is in full: the exits should not be listed, but discussed, and moved into a larger discussion of the terminal layout. –♠Vami_IV†♠ 03:38, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- If that's the case, i withdraw the nomination. Libraries are closed so I cannot access the Metro's building plan. © Tbhotch™ (en-3). 04:00, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Vami IV: I was talking about some confusion I had over spanish to english translation, though given that the nom was withdrawn (I'm not sure whether to mark as failed), it likely won't matter until it is renominated. Username6892 16:35, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
