The Arabic name of the village, المطلة, meaning 'the lookout', is pronounced in Standard Arabic al-muṭillah, in Levantine (Palestinian) Arabic li-mṭille. The article gives it as al-Muṭallah, which is not a likely pronunciation, citing only a Rough Guide, which isn't a really good source.
