I don't know if anyone is watching this page, but: knowing nothing of Coogan, this doesn't sound quite right in WP:s voice: "Coogan aims to expand human freedom and justice while giving secondary instruction to the faithful". I don't know who he is adressing, but maybe "all Christians", "Protestants" or something like that. Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 08:51, 17 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Coogan is Catholic, so he does not write for Protestants only. But yes, "What the Bible Really Says" is a reference to biblical literalism (he isn't a biblical literalist himself). Tgeorgescu (talk) 22:53, 17 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Bible sections

[edit]

The Hebrew bible contains the Torah which is not just 3 but 5 first chapters. It’s in the Old Testament and called the Pentateuch. Genesis, exodus, Leviticus, numbers, and ending with Deuteronomy. It is known as the law given to Moses for the Israelites now known as the Jewish people. 2603:7000:7F00:3C95:4901:AC4D:7AF0:337A (talk) 15:44, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot figure out what your comment has to do with the article. tgeorgescu (talk) 17:41, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
