Edit summary for an edit I made[edit]

I couldn't fit this in the edit summary section, so I'll just write the edit summary here: From what I can tell, other articles for convicted serial killers don't tend to mention in the opening paragraph that the serial killer is a convicted serial killer like this article does. For example, the article for Dennis Rader says (at the time of this writing) "Dennis Lynn Rader (born March 9, 1945) is an American serial killer who murdered ten people in Sedgwick County (in and around Wichita, Kansas), between 1974 and 1991", not "Dennis Lynn Rader (born March 9, 1945) is a convicted American serial killer who murdered ten people in Sedgwick County (in and around Wichita, Kansas), between 1974 and 1991". Similarly, the article for Randy Steven Kraft says (at the time of this writing) "Randy Steven Kraft (born March 19, 1945) is an American serial killer known as the "Scorecard Killer" and the "Freeway Killer"[3] who committed the rape, torture, mutilation and murder of a minimum of 16 young men in a series of killings spanning between 1972 and 1983, the majority of which had been committed in California", not "Randy Steven Kraft (born March 19, 1945) is a convicted American serial killer known as the "Scorecard Killer" and the "Freeway Killer"[3] who committed the rape, torture, mutilation and murder of a minimum of 16 young men in a series of killings spanning between 1972 and 1983, the majority of which had been committed in California". For this reason, I changed "Michael Madison (born October 15, 1977) is a convicted American serial killer from East Cleveland, Ohio who committed at least three murders" to "Michael Madison (born October 15, 1977) is an American serial killer from East Cleveland, Ohio who committed at least three murders". I hope this edit is acceptable, I don't mean to vandalize the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.167.173.189 (talk) 10:38, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not much activity here, I see. I just came to point out that the description of bodies found seems to vary in count and location:
"On July 19, 2013, police, responding to reports of a foul odor, investigated a garage leased to Madison and discovered a decomposing body lying inside. Two more bodies were found the following day – one in a backyard and the other in the basement of a vacant house. The bodies of three women were found 100 yards (91 m) to 200 yards (180 m) apart and were each wrapped in plastic bags."
I guess it's that last sentence that really throws me. It sounds like there were six bodies found. Maybe a "the" in front of "three women" is missing? That would jibe with the three listed victims. In fact, a quick check of the sources seems to indicate that is the case. Seems to be an accidental confluence of two reports. Imma fix it. Jororo05 (talk) 01:49, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

How did his mother die?[edit]

Was his mother murdered or did she commit suicide? It says in "early life" section suicide, then it says she was murdered by her grandson in another section 2A02:C7F:7AEB:100:9C9F:F539:23A2:9ECF (talk) 02:06, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
