A free cover

The free cover that was on commons is now back on Commons (and I think that we should use it rather than a random cover), but they want to prove that User:PaulP actually has the rights to upload, via an email, so it might get deleted fairly quickly.--Prosfilaes (talk) 14:54, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

translated section

Hi, I translated the best-sourced portion of the Esperanto article, "editor-in-chief returns". The Esperanto page has a lot more information, but since a lot of it lacks in-line citations, it's difficult to satisfyingly translate and transfer the references over.
