Fair use rationale for Image:Diffiexmas.jpg
[edit]Image:Diffiexmas.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Mr. Christmas (album) → Mr. Christmas (Joe Diffie album) – Brett Eldredge has a similarly named album Jax 0677 (talk) 19:00, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
Oppose as long as the Brett Eldredge album has no article, no further disambiguation of the Joe Diffie album is required per WP:ALBUMDAB. The other album could be added to this article's hatnote, of course. Lennart97 (talk) 19:08, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
- Reply - Are you sure that Mr. Christmas (Brett Eldredge album) has no article? --Jax 0677 (talk) 22:42, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
- I really was under the impression that it didn't exist. I guess it didn't help that another user thought the same and there was no link on Eldredge's page until I added it just now, so I should have looked a little harder. I don't see the need for the sarcastic reply though and I wonder why you didn't just let me know after I reverted the move in the first place, as it makes this RM an obvious waste of time. In fact, I'm going to IAR and just speedy close it right now. Lennart97 (talk) 22:47, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
