merger?

An editor deleted all content of article Assam Valley Party with a false claim that the material was being properly merged here to Muhammed Saadulah article. I dunno, was there a proposal to merge, and/or any intelligent discussion or decision? Perhaps there should be discussion. However, people should not go around deleting articles randomly and making deceptive claims that they are being constructive, instead.
