Thanks for creating this interesting article! I'm a little confused by the sentence: "Buli was named Chief of Staff by the rebels because of his popularity among members of the armed forces". Was "Chief of Staff" not an official position? groupuscule (talk) 12:21, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It was – he was named to that position in the (never-completely formed) rebel government. Nikkimaria (talk) 12:51, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
