[edit]1. History
First light truck produced in PRC: Guerin auto.
in Chinese character: (跃进牌)(as appeared in the Chinese version of web page) is equivalent to 'Yuejin'.
Q: Should Guerin be 'Yuejin' ?
2. Wuxi Soyat Branch
In Soyat's English web page, it stated: (it) covering an area of 640 mu.
In its Chinese web page, it stated: (has) an arceage of 620 mu, and an 'architectural area' (which most probably is covered floor area) of 670,000 m² (not mentioned in English version).
According to Wikipedia, 1 mu is equal to 666.67 m².
Q: 640 mu vs. 620 mu ?
Q: Is it correct that Wuxi Soyat has only 426,669 m² (say: 640 * 666.67) land?
3. In Nanjing Auto's web page, it looks like 'Yuejin Motor (Group) Corporation' and 'Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corp.'
are used interchangably, though 'Yuejin'(跃进) and 'Nanjing'(南京) looks to me absolutely two different thing.
4. In various articles about Chinese automobile companies, there is the usage of 'travel bus(es)' which, in my personal opinion, may be better described as 'coash(es)'. Any comment?
- In my opinion, same Chinese character (two characters) means same name, so Guerin is Yuejin. --Love Krittaya (talk) 12:19, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
