Merge with Night of the Living Dummy II and Night of the Living Dummy III

The Night of the Living Dummy, Night of the Living Dummy II, and Night of the Living Dummy III articles do not present a lot of information. Combined into one article, it would still be a reasonable size. As such, I recommend that this article deal with the entire Night of the Living Dummy saga and not just the first book in that saga.
