Orders, decorations, and medals of the German statesOrders, decorations, and medals of Germany – Per WP:CONSISTENCY, without losing scope. Germany is a federation. Cf. United States. PPEMES (talk) 21:18, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Well. What is your reason to exceptionately deviate here from WP:COMMONNAME Germany for the Federal Republic of Germany? PPEMES (talk) 23:00, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You mentioned expanding the scope to include the present federal entity. Germany might also refer to Nazi Germany or the German Empire. If you wanted to merge everything on the dab page into one article you could use that title, but I don't think that would be helpful. Station1 (talk) 07:45, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't, does it, by WP:CONSISTENCY with WP:COMMONNAME? PPEMES (talk) 16:10, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's academic unless a merger is planned. Station1 (talk) 03:13, 4 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
