Oundle 'hospitium'[edit]

Why is there no reference for the 'document' allegedly citing Oundle as the location of a 'hospitium' in 638 AD? This sort of omission is very frustrating, for many reasons: please would somebody rectify it —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nortonius (talkcontribs) 10:05, 1 April 2008 (UTC) Ok - it's been two months since I put a Fact tag on that statement about a 'document' mentioning a 'hospitium' in Oundle in 638, and nothing's been done about it - I'm taking it out right now. But be sure, I'd be delighted if it could be given a ref, & so be put back in! Nortonius (talk) 08:55, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have found your hospitium here. I have replaced the mention of a 'hospitium' in a slightly modified form, as htere was no mention of the document.--ServeDotty (talk) 13:08, 4 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted section on Oundle Grammar School.[edit]

I reverted the edit which removed the bit about 1465, because I actually had references on that fact which I had intended to add to the article when I had the time to sort them out. I have since added a reference.--ServeDotty (talk) 13:25, 4 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Roman Oundle[edit]

There are two sources I am beginning to work with that deal with the archaeology of the area, here and here. If anybody wants to work on them, please feel free.--ServeDotty (talk) 15:59, 4 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
