Notes

I plan on updating this article to expand its significance to astrobiology. I would like to expand specifically on the research done on microbialites in the lake, with links to review papers. The article link to Astrobiology Magazine yields a 404 error, I plan on attempting to fix or replace this link. The Pavilion Lake website link also appears to be broken. I would like to provide a relevant link for the claim about the cultural significance of surrounding landmarks, if possible. The current language of the article seems neutral and doesn't have any notable biases. I would also like to expand on the Pavilion Lake Research project as it seems relevant to include information on an important actor in the region.
