Quality scale

Start is defined as: An article that is developing, but which is quite incomplete and, most notably, lacks adequate reliable sources.
C is defined as: The article is substantial, but is still missing important content or contains a lot of irrelevant material. The article should have some references to reliable sources, but may still have significant issues or require substantial cleanup.

Neither of these definitions applies to this article but since the B rating has been removed I'll compromise by giving it a C even though it does not "contain a lot of irrelevant material" nor does it "have significant issues or require substantial cleanup". -- — Keithbob • Talk • 18:55, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
