More Cleanup[edit]

Things the article could use:

A picture of Phil Gordon at the top-right.
The text is too choppy (sort of a list of facts, so to speak) and needs to be converted to solid paragraphs.
Facts need to be referenced.
There are too many external links. Use them to cite refs and keep only the most relevant ones.
