Why small station?[edit]

I've always been curious as to why a smaller/island platform was built for this station. A normal sized station may also not have been able to handle concert crowds, but certainly this station never stood a chance. It would be nice to learn the history behind this.

As a minimum, saying that it has to close when large crowds are expected might be good. 142.180.14.12 (talk) 14:08, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
