Substantial edit requested[edit]

Hi fellow Wikipedians:

Requesting the following changes to this article (Portfolio Entertainment) which I cannot make due to a COI (per my financial relationship with this company):

  • The final line of the article is factually incorrect. The source (a Worldscreen.com article) doesn't exist, and the link leads to a 404 page.

Thanks very much, -Budrickton Budrickton (talk) 19:55, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Don't have time to answer right now, reformatted for clarity —  crh 23  (Talk) 16:07, 27 April 2016 (UTC) [reply]

User:Budrickton, please let me know if you are still checking this page. I would like to discuss some of these issues, but it would be rather pointless to attempt that if nobody were to respond, which is a distinct possibility given the lack of interest in this article. Mdrnpndr (talk) 01:00, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Marked edit request as answered. OP has not replied in two months. If discussion reactivates, a second edit request may be placed. Altamel (talk) 21:01, 29 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

User:Mdrnpndr and User:Altamel - I'm still checking this page. Apologies for not replying sooner. Yes, would like to discuss this further if needed, and proceed the best way possible to obtain updates to this article. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Budrickton (talkcontribs) 22:28, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

User:Budrickton, thanks for responding, though you probably should have pinged User:Crh23 as well. To start off, the citation for your first point has been corrected with a working link. Towards the end of that article (publication date May 8, 2015), there's a line that reads: "The current catalogue features about 80 percent in-house productions[.]" Are you saying that this line is incorrect, and if so, is there another reliable source for that?
I would also like to point out that sources for your company's productions are often quite difficult to find. This may be because many, many episodes in its catalogue do not seem to be available for purchase anywhere – how can someone write a review of something they cannot buy (especially given that few of these seem to be on TV now)? If you could perhaps suggest to your company to look into (more?) digital distribution for these series, I think it would be very helpful for Wikipedia coverage of them in the long term.
I will try to get around to addressing your other points soon (though it would be nice if someone else were willing to help too). Mdrnpndr (talk) 00:50, 2 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

(talk) My sincere apologies for only replying years later! I ceased work with this company shortly after my requested Wiki edits. Thanks for any and all efforts to make any updates.
