Who is this mastermind?

Whodunit?
[edit]I think it's time to correct this article to reflect the fact that the investigative team concluded that Prince Dipendra did the shooting. As it stands now, NINE years later, the article reflects a biased point of view, as if the author doesn't want to admit that the prince did it. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 13:45, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
