The genre of this song is not dance/electronica as someone put. That's the dance version you can download. The proper release is like folk pop.

Qué Hiciste is "What DID you do" not "What have you done" (this would be "Qué has hecho").

Translation of the song's title

In my opinion a more appropriate translation of the song's title would be "What have you done?".
