Last paragraph is too informal

The last paragraph:

But, clearly the highlight of Quincy's career was the electrifying run he put on in Barcelona in 1992, where he broke at almost a full sprint while everyone else was pacing themselves for the first 100-meters or so. [...]

does not belong in an encyclopedia. It is too informal and not NPOV. It doesn't cite any sources -rather it sounds like someone's personal opinion. I think it should be removed.
