Films?

[edit]

Can't imagine that Betty Blue was shown in this strand as the film was only released in cinemas in 1986.Piersmasterson 16:26, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The linked Google Groups post mentions neither Betty Blue nor Jubilee as part of the season, so I've commented them out until someone can say for sure. Stx 12:09, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Channel4 red triangle.jpg

[edit]

Image:Channel4 red triangle.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I uploaded this from my own source, you can use it instead (the typeface is different, and the triangle symbol too): http://i55.tinypic.com/dh4uj9.jpg 91.85.135.167 (talk) 21:59, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete

[edit]

This certainly is not a complete list - I remember a film called The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith being shown under the red triangle logo.Sssb (talk) 09:28, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I remember another late night Channel 4 film, Chinese or possibly Japanese, Vietnamese or Korean, featuring a piece of protest artwork, a gigantic penis, and the gang rape of the protagonist's younger sister. While I'm fairly sure it had the warning triangle, it's possible that it was not one of the original batch of 10. This paper has the same list of 10 films, but cites a reference I have no access to. 82.37.12.177 (talk) 23:28, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
