WP:VG Assessment
[edit]Missing content
- Background of its founders (What skill sets did David Amor and Andrew Eades have and bring to their creation? This can be helpful in context.)
- Headcount, organization (especially the first)
- Location, office setup
- Culture (its motto is, somewhat, in the History section)
- Private or publicly listed company?
- Any notable contributions besides video games (prominent charity events, or community projects)?
Improvements to be made
- Copyediting required: "Amor and Eades persuaded SCEE [...] Much to their shock, SCEE agreed [...]" — "persuaded" would have meant they successfully done so, hence the later clause would be redundant; furthermore, "much to their shock" is informal and unencyclopaedic. Various "noun plus -ing" issues (refer to User:Tony1/Advanced editing exercises#A common problem—noun plus -ing. Several one- or two-sentence paragraphs. MOS violations (no "&" please).
Missing content is the primary reason for my grading of this as "C"-class. The company's relatively small scale notability and its single product line leaves its importance to the WP:VG project as low. Jappalang (talk) 00:48, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
