Single source / unsourced / undated / not NPOV
[edit]A single user appears to have contributed all or almost all of the substance of this article to date, beginning October 2005 and continuing with multiple revisions through June 2006. Likewise, this is very nearly the only article on which this user has made any contributions. I mean no disrespect to the contributor, but this article needs a much more NPOV and encyclopedic tone, including verifiable sources. Here is a guide to indicating sources.
The article at present is extremely laudatory and reads like a copy of the subject's curriculum vitae, or speakers' bureau resume; see WP:NOT. It may be unduly self-serving. The material is unsourced and undated. The accomplishments themselves are undated. Material which properly belongs in the AU article (such as construction history and capital campaign) is included in excessive detail here. Material which does not favor the subject is given very little space. Given that the subject came to nationwide notoriety because of the scandal which compelled his loss of the AU presidency, and the subject himself devoted an entire book to it, this is not a NPOV treatment. I made no substantive changes today, only added subject headings and moved paragraphs to correct headings, while deleting unnecessary wikilinks for basic nouns. However, in days to come, per Wiki policy, unsourced material may be deleted. -- Lisasmall 17:47, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
Page rewrite
[edit]I am in the process of pulling together source material to rewrite this page. If anyone out there has suggestions for what to include, or if you are planning rewrites of your own, please let me know. Jrod1026 (talk) 18:19, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
- Are you still in the rewrite process for this page? I was just popping in here to see if anyone was working on it because it needs a rewrite.Rap Chart Mike (talk) 14:05, 23 April 2018 (UTC)

Copy edit
[edit]Just doing a read through to clean up some of the writing. Tomorrow&tomorrow&tomorrow (talk) 18:59, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
- Update: Moved to my sandbox, so please reply if you are making edits as well. Tomorrow&tomorrow&tomorrow (talk) 19:43, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
- Finished. Removed biased sentences/phrases/information, checked all sources, removed a bunch of irrelevent/not-notable sources, changed some headings. Probably could be fleshed out more genuinely now, but looks better. Tomorrow&tomorrow&tomorrow (talk) 18:29, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
