Hi, given his date of birth, Opron cannot possibly have been involved in much Citroën 2CV design work. greetings 790 11:16, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Opron joined Citroen in early 1960's - even the Ami 6 is not his creation. 62 11:49, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Although some contemporary critics puzzled that the GS & CX sedans were not hatchbacks

Second generation GSs (GSAs) received a Hatch.

I believe that the CX never received a hatch, but I am not really sure.Randroide 10:44, 10 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No - never did....66.77.124.62 23:42, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Swiveling Headlights Not Invented by Opron

[edit]

"Encased headlamps are standard practice in the automobile industry today. Swivelling ones are only slowly re-entering the luxury car segment again through Lexus, Audi, and the Citroën C5, 40 years after their invention."

The Tucker Torpedo of 1948 had swiveling headlights as a design feature (that was not implemented). Thus, I have changed that claim.

Your wording is perfect. Thank you. Randroide 08:29, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Concept Fulgur

[edit]

What about the Simca Fulgur concept vehicle, the another nuclear powered car in addition to the Ford Nucleon? Designed by Opron, if this source holds true: http://www.carstyling.ru/en/cars.1958_Simca_Fulgur.html

I haven't encountered much information on this vehicle anywhere and also Wikipedia is missing an article of it. Should one be made? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.223.93.188 (talk) 20:58, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
