Election Tight?

[edit]

To say the election was tight is a little silly - she won by 11,574 votes. Wilmot1 (talk) 08:44, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

British or Bangladeshi

[edit]

She is either British or Bangladeshi, if she is British then the Bangladeshi reference should be removed. 212.238.38.78 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:40, 8 May 2010 (UTC).[reply]

She can quite easily be both. For the purpose of the UK census you can identify yourself by:

* National Identity
* Ethnic Group
* Country of Birth
* Passports held

So you might have a British (or English) national identify, Bangladeshi Ethnic Group, and yet further identities by way of birth country and passports. PoisonedPigeon (talk) 12:42, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New Photo

[edit]

The photo used in the article is overused. Can someone provide us with a different photograph of this great Bangladesh born British politician?Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury (talk) 12:20, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
