Anomalies[edit]

The leading paragraph states the date of Ruth Fairfax's death as 10 June 1950 but the paragraph on her later life says she died on 1 February 1948. The latter appears correct according to the authoritative source: http://adb.anu.edu.au/biography/fairfax-ruth-beatrice-6134.
