Since the last sentence is expanded upon later, I would change that to a phrase along the line of "still under the name of Jairo Garcia", and have the revelation confined to that section.

First sentence of the 2014 section is a little convoluted. Thinking something like, Despite being told by Bochy not to swing during his at-bat, Casilla went on the disabled list on May 22, 2014 with a hamstring injury sustained as he attempted to run out a ground ball. (checked the source to make sure this all tracks)
Since the paternity list is limited to three days and his children are mentioned further below, I think that bit in 2016 can be taken out, especially since it makes the frustrations → booing much stronger
MLB.com should be linked, and should not be italicized
Although he technically hasn't officially retired, it's been three years since he played a game and he's 41 years old, so I think it's safe to mention his career statistics

I didn't include "Christian" because A) the sources didn't actually say he was, and B) he's likely Catholic, coming from the Dominican Republic, which could make the term Christian cause people to mistakenly think he's evangelical.
