Merge of 1st Cookstown Scout Group

There is broad agreement that individual troops and groups are not notable. This is a guideline of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Scouting and is in accordance with the guideline about local chapters of organizations. Merge of all NI Scout Association Area articles

It has been proposed that all seven area articles be made into redirects to a new article on The Scout Association in Northern Ireland.
