Good article?

[edit]

This article looks pretty solid at first glance. Is anyone familiar with its contents interested in trying to promote the article to Good status? ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:52, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I don't mind going in with you Another Believer  — Calvin999 17:17, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Calvin999: Awesome! Shall I go ahead and co-nominate, or do you want some time to comb through the article beforehand? I may also submit a request for a copy edit from the Guild of Copy Editors, which is always a good idea when considering GAN. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:26, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
UPDATE: I went ahead and requested a copy edit, which will be helpful even if we wait a bit to nominate the article. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:28, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@My love is love and MaranoFan: You both made significant edits to this article. Did either of you plan on nominating this article for Good status? I don't want to step on any toes. Or, do you have an interest in co-nominating? I'd like to see primary authors get credit for the article's promotion, but I'm also happy to nominate on others' behalf. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:44, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oh I thought you meant to work on it?  — Calvin999 18:59, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any thoughts on what needs work? ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:04, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It hasn't really been gone through, I thought you meant to go through it and improve it. I can't co-nominate something I haven't been involved in.  — Calvin999 19:06, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Another Believer, I agree this article looks quite solid. Sorry for not responding when you had originally tagged me here (I was blocked then so I couldn't have, lol). Do you want to co-nominate this for GA with me if you have time currently? Also, My love is love appears to be inactive since November last year so I doubt they would mind.--NØ 17:30, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I think this article is great! So comprehensive and covers a lot of information that I wouldn't have thought to find myself. Any thoughts on improving the photos included I the article? I Think the snap from the music video and her live performance shot aren' as impactful as they could be. Thinking maybe better quality pictures and maybe enlarging the first picture and including a shot of her at Glastonbury with the crowd to give a better picture of her performance. Let me know your thoughts! Noellemary96 (talk) 18:54, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The first sentence of the critical reception section calls the song "pop/R&B". Should we add R&B to the infobox, and add WikiProject R&B? ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:41, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
