Her name in the article[edit]

The article starts Seorak Park (박"서락") (born December 26, 1981), also known by her stage name SeoRock....... It thereafter refers to her as Seorak (which of course is the title of the article). Why? (Is "Seorak" to "Pak Seorak" what "Madonna" is to "Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie"?)

(Also, what are the quotation marks doing within 박"서락"?)
