Full Name[edit]

Shane, or "Bruce" as he was known in middle school and high school is actually Shannon Bruce Westgarth Snaith. He was embarassed that he was named Shannon, so he went by Bruce. His first agent suggested a stage name that he would no tbe embarassed by so he chose "Shane West" which was adapted from Shannon and Westgarth.Oemb1905 (talk) 16:20, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalization[edit]

I've noticed that this site keeps getting vandalized on a daily basis by people who are claiming that they are either Shan'es girlfriend, or his wife.
