Notability

[edit]

This article appears to be a living person's autobiography or resume. It is a word for word copy paste of the information on user:sherman1933 user page. The user page appears the be the more appropriate location for this information so I have nominated the encyclopedic article for deletion. It is alternatively suggested that a brief synopsis of this information may be placed along with a link to the user page on relevant existing articles in the correct sections, such as the Milwaukee Sympony Orchestra, University of Massachusetts , or Concordia University articles. 208.95.68.160 (talk) 13:58, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article, to correct a misunderstanding, is not an autobiography. It is an article that first started as, `User:Sherman1933`. However, its title was changed as it underwent editing. The original article was not deleted, due to problems that cropped up with the website. However, the editing that has recently been done should clear everything up. The author of the original User:Sherman1933 is the same author of Sherman Friedland (Clarinetist and Conductor). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.57.47.152 (talk) 22:46, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article was edited to include specific references, and has no need to be deleted. I would request that it remain on Wikipedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kenny1928 (talkcontribs) 00:59, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The person who wrote the original article, Sherman1933, is the same person who wrote Sherman Friedland (Clarinetist and Conductor). He just deleted the original article and he plans to go with the new one. ^^ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sherman1933 (talkcontribs) 22:29, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A disclaimer.

[edit]

The person who wrote the original article,`User:Sherman1933` had it as his original copy. He renamed the article, `Sherman Friedland (Clarinetist and Conductor)`. It is not an autobiography of Sherman Friedland, rather it is an article written by another person who remembered Sherman Friedland as a clarinet instructor at Concordia University and at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sherman1933 (talkcontribs) 22:34, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
