User:Robert McClenon added a history merge tag to this page, first assuming that it was copied and pasted from a draft article into the current page and then assuming that it was copied from a draft article into my user sandbox page and then copied from my user sandbox page into this page. Neither of those diagnoses are correct. It's an understandable mistake but the entire basis for the page was written in my sandbox and then moved (see the logs) into the article space. Any similarity to draft articles or anything that user mistakenly believes were copied and pasted is solely because the subject of the article is the same, so any article about her would have many similarities. Thus I don't believe the article histories should be merged. Robert McClenon left an additional note on my talk page saying not to make any changes to his edits and to leave it up to an admin so I'm not reverting it again, but that's the info for whatever admin comes to make a decision. - Procyonidae (talk) 17:47, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Just noting that User:Anthony Appleyard went in and performed the history merge. I believe this to be an incorrect merge and inappropriately miscredits certain users for the development of this page, mainly based on the WP:Parallel histories policies as well as legal requirements for attribution. That said, it seems unlikely that any administrators are actually analyzing the respective page histories and edits performed and are, in turn, unlikely to read this talk page and my concerns. I suppose this note is just for posterity and my own mental clarity, as my original writing and edits have incorrectly been attributed to others. -Procyonidae (talk) 22:42, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
