"Contemporary" qualification?

[edit]

There is a link to "Contemporary religious order", repeated under "See also". But, "Contemporary religious order" redirects to "Religious order." But, there is no explanation of how a contemporary religious order is distinguished from other types of religious orders. The word "contemporary" doesn't appear in the "Religious order" article at all. Including "Contemporary" in the link makes it seem there is something special, other than the everyday meaning.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Do not include "contemporary" as part of the link.
  • Add a section about "contemporary orders" to the "Religious orders" article.
  • Add a section to this article.
  • Any other suggestions?

There was no response to my question. I removed the link connected to "contemporary" in the lede. SlowJog (talk) 17:06, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
