I started this article "Skateparks in Virginia" in partial response to ongoing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ashland Skate Park. I requested help of User:Cunard, who kindly did research and supplied many sources and quotes from them, posted at that AFD, for use in this article. Thanks!

Very nicely done @Doncram: and @Cunard:! I'm rooting for this list of skateparks to get full of photos and become comprehensive. If I find myself in Virginia, I will contribute. Ashland Skate Park article looked good to me, a couple more notable events with news coverage and I could see it being a stand-alone article!
