The author (O.R.) is probably a referral to the Press newspaper's own reporters, while (P.A.) is probably a reference to the Press Association. Many of these stories from Papers Past don't seem to turn up in a Google search because the papers past stories are shown as images of the printed newspaper rather than OCR text.
