Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page
[edit]Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

[edit]This article is so short and void of information it is barely worth mentioning possible updates required because there would be too many.
Steve Matteson is probably one of the most influential digital typographers of this time, a title also held by Matthew Carter.
Very notable additions to the page include his work on Microsoft’s Core fonts for the Web, which is not limited to the design of Andale Mono, his contributions to TrueType hinting and font family internalization, his work with Monotype as Creative Type Director and his more recent work with Matteson Typographics.
Much of the reference material is spotty but can easily be pierced together.
As an example, for his work with Microsoft, we can refer to Greg Hitchcock’s writings on the Microsoft Typography blog, Hitchcock’s scientific publications co-authored with or with mention of Matteson and Hitchcock’s LinkedIn to name a few first-party sources.
Also as an example, we can follow a similar pattern for Matteson’s first stint at Monotype as Type Design Manager and his second stint as Creative Type Director, this time additionally resorting to press releases. 2804:7F0:BC01:C673:6155:A014:6870:80CE (talk) 13:10, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
