Copyright violation?

The 'Why he is famous for P/1997 B1 Kobayashi' section is identical to a section in the page mentioned in the external links. From the updated date on that page, it was copied to wikipedia and not vice versa. I'm going to try rephrasing it using only information from [1], but as I'm not an astronomer it's difficult to do while being sure that I'm not distorting the information.
