The above is more or less irrelevant, as it turns out. The original text cited no sources, seemed to include a lot of OR, and talked more about the historical context than the Review itself. I grabbed some sources and used them to completely rewrite/expand it. It still could use some work, of course, but I'm removing the under construction template as I don't know there's anything more I can do in the next couple days. --— Rhododendrites ^talk \\ 03:39, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
