Alas, this is all from primary sources (SEC filings), but:
Danhi and Clark have both left
The company has rebranded as American Patriot Brands
They have also acquired Ruby's Diners, The Lobos Truck, Original Soupman, and a cannabis vendor (!)
And they haven't filed a financial report with the SEC since last November with no real explanation.
I'll also point out that their online schedule for Orange County has no entries past August 24, and for Phoenix, nothing since May 1; for Los Angeles, everything since mid-August appears to require only two active trucks.
