Proposal: To expand this page to include more information about the museum itself including its founder Lois Conley. Additionally, interested in how the article can be professionalized to break down the exhibits which are installed on a permanent basis versus some of those which are housed seasonally. This would include photographs of exhibits and emphasis on the museum's focus on black history with a St. Louis connection. I'm also interested if an expanded article can include discussion about previous occupants of the building including Sacred Heart Catholic School (1907-1964) and later as a neighborhood 'hub' for the Montgomery-Hyde area during the Model Cities program (1967-1973).
