[edit]

This article is missing a Plot section. You can help. Hoverfish 17:47, 10 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know how to edit but there was another Broadway version not listed. https://playbill.com/article/revisit-the-gender-swapped-revival-of-the-odd-couple-starring-rita-moreno-and-sally-struthers 70.188.161.42 (talk) 13:43, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Theoddcouple.jpg

[edit]

Image:Theoddcouple.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Quotations

[edit]

is`nt it be better to put the quotations in Wikiquote? N.samimi island (talk) 10:06, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There might be if there was a clear way to let readers know that quotes to an article were there. With the tens of thousands of articles on movies, books, people, etc. it seems unlikely that many readers of those articles would even realize that quotes were available somewhere else. I feel the best way would be for some visible tag be placed on an article with a direct link to quotes about that article. Otherwise, out of sight, out of mind, and the quotes won't be looked at, IMO.Wikiwatcher1 (talk) 17:19, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MPAA rating? (G/M/R/X)

[edit]

I realize that whereas this film came out in May 1968, while the MPAA rating system (originally rating films G, M, R or X) did not take effect till November of that year, I should well imagine this film was given an appraisal in accordance with that system when the time came (Psycho from 1960 was famously given a "rating" well "after the fact"), and it would be good for the article to state what rating it eventually received, with a notation of when it was so designated, and, if it was "M", what that would be called today ("PG"), or if the appraisal was later changed, say, to just "G". 2601:541:880:38C0:A4ED:72B2:3763:9876 (talk) 09:42, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
