The link from the "location" line of the caption uses the link text "St. John's" (the city) and then rather surprisingly links to the page for "Basilica of St. John the Baptist." That page does not use the words "Presentation" or "Convent," nor does it reference the Strazzi sculpture in any way. This ought to be clarified. Where exactly is the sculpture? Is the convent part of the basilica? If not, why is there a link to the basilica? Ishboyfay (talk) 03:06, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Why is Sanmartino mentioned instead of Corradini?

[edit]

Why is Giuseppe Sanmartino mentioned when discussing the style when Sanmartino was simply charged with realizing Antonio Corradini's design for Veiled Christ after Corradini's death? Further, Corradini produced multiple sculptures in this style prior to his death and is notably famous for it. Meanwhile, Sanmartino is not so much associated with the style. Is somebody editing this article related to Sanmartino or something? The bias is very peculiar and jarring to anyone attempting to research the style itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8800:7B84:9000:CD22:1FBB:6476:2914 (talk) 01:42, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please, edit it with a good reference or two, under your IP code or pick a name and jump on in. Wikpedia is yours, and everyone else's, and judging by the above you write well. If you know the correct information give it a go. Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 03:41, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
