Is Tigress the main foe of Stargirl, as opposed to Shiv? I'm skeptical. Korvac 16:51, 2 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I don't think that's right, but I'm not sure enough to change it. Tigress/Artemis was primarily a foe of Infinity Inc, I think, as a member of Injustice Unlimited. I don't recall her appearing in Stars and STRIPE. --Brian Olsen 06:33, 28 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:GATigressFoZ.JPG[edit]

Image:GATigressFoZ.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Artemis Crock-related[edit]

There is a suggestions banner stating about splitting Artemis Crock's section into it's own article. I think that would be a good idea. Rtkat3 (talk) 11:35, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For what reason? Additional plot - either comic book or Young Justice - to be added? Or is there additional non-plot material that would justify the content fork? - J Greb (talk) 13:41, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I think to give a separate bio for to include a full history on her and leave a brief bio on the Tigress page. Rtkat3 (talk) 10:09, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Young Justice is going to make the character a larger entity in the DC Universe in the future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.115.253.64 (talk) 17:03, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I still think that Artemis Crock should be given her own bio to disambiguate her from her mother. Rtkat3 (talk) 3:26, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
I don't think it's neccessary. If the character does become more important later, a split can be made then. Argento Surfer (talk) 20:05, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Artemis has already become important since her Young Justice debut. A minor character in the pre New 52 comics, perhaps. But it's hard to argue that she's surged in popularity since YJ season 1. Noteworthy enough to have an action figure, noteworthy enough to have her own wikipedia article, IMO. Just my opinion. But I vote for a split. 65.204.124.130 (talk) 22:00, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Since the debate has died without an obvious concensus and the article does not require splitting on size grounds then I will remove the split tag for now. Op47 (talk) 18:16, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I believe that Artemis needs her own page much like, Paula Brooks has her own too. Moreover, Artemis, since her debut in Young Justice four years ago, has become a much bigger character. She is a main character in both seasons of the show, which also comes back for a third in which she is possibly going to be featured, she reappeared in the comics and the Arrow version of Artemis is also based on her. The character is no longer associated with just the name "Tigress" but also "Artemis" and we can't ignore that. More people know her as a sidekick to Green Arrow under the name Artemis than just simply as Tigress so for her to be only featured on this article does no longer makes sense. Finally it is also confusing for readers to find an article having her be on the same page with other characters like Tabitha Galavan from Gotham. This has to be a more general page about "Tigress" and Artemis has to get her own. TG90 (talk) 18:16, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Half-Vietnamese[edit]

Is a citation really needed for this fact? Her mother's last name is Nguyen, a common Vietnamese last name, and in Young Justice: Invasion, Wally West asks if she can help with his Vietnamese paper for college. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.192.88.115 (talk) 04:18, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"In other media" section[edit]

Given that Paula Brooks and Artemis Crock have their own pages, do we really need to list their other media appearances here? I would think that those would belong on the characters's dedicated pages with this page retaining only those depictions not sharing those names. --Khajidha (talk) 13:41, 17 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
