There is content in the lead which does not seem to be in the body. See MOS:LEAD: "Apart from basic facts, significant information should not appear in the lead if it is not covered in the remainder of the article." I suggest adding expanded versions of the statements in the lead to the main body of the article. Obviously they will need sourcing.
Similarly with the infobox.
The lead is too short.
Infobox: it seems likely that the organisations listed as "Landlord" are actually the tenants.
