this page had lots of mal or wrong information, e. g, TVU never had any religious exception[edit]

e. g, TVU never had any religious ex e. g, TVU never had any a religious exemption from California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education. When TVU was incepted, BPPVE is sunset, dissolved, therefore, any colleague do no need any approval until 2010 when the BPPV was formed.

The Federal investigation was started by two office students who embezzled TVU's tuition, charged students tuition without putting them into classes, but only giving them I-20, be reported to the Pleasanton Police for investigation, vowed to revenge by making lies against the school's legitimate Virtual Class meeting instruction.

TVU had a religious exemption, as per their own website. Also, the investigation into TVU started well before the embezzlement issue, as the court documents in the trial against Ms. Su showed. jfeise (talk) 16:22, 1 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
TVU showed that they were a member of (may apply for accreditation) Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). TRACS is TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (DOE), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). As a 2 years old new university, TVU was passed the very first stage of TRACS accreditation inspection. TVU never obtained any religious exemption. As a matter of fact, when TVU was incepted in 2008, as well for all TVU's operation time from 2008-2011; BPPVE (California's Government Official Organization to grant religious exception) was in sunset, dissolved. There were no organization in State of California at the time to give any religious exception for new applicants like TVU. Later in 2012, after TVU was closed, California government reformed another origination as BPVE(California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education)-check California Government website "Matters Before Former BPPVE". TVU also received student payment for classes as any university does--these are not called "embezzlement". 2601:644:8C7F:BE40:A4A9:3FF6:C90B:4B88 (talk) 00:12, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
According to https://web.archive.org/web/20100120044603/http://trivalleyuniversity.org/Catalog.pdf, TVU had a religious exxemption. Also, they were not accredited by TRACS.

In connection with the case against Ms. Su, 4 TVU students were also charged and convicted. Ms. Su was convicted of fraud, because there were no classes. jfeise (talk) 00:37, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It said in their 2010 Catalog that "According to State of California Education Code with the Bureau for Private Post-Secondary and Vocation Education, California has state religious exemption provision.". At the time, everyone knows that BPPVE shall provide a religious exception to TVU, but they were not there to give it to TVU --Everyone also knew that BPPVE was in sunset.--This is what they mean/said in their Catalog. During 3 years of operation, TVU's different programs were seeking different accreditations accordingly, but typical/all accreditation agents require 5 years of operation. They could have a Candidacy Status from TRACS which only required 2 years of operation. All TVU class record with 15 week instruction content (lecture, power point presentation, homework assignments) are still on the archive, anyone create an account, can still see all classes 15 week content. Thousand pages of student live virtual class attendance record were not get to the jury, blocked by the prosecutor through the Judge. They were also late sent into the court system by 2255 motion, but they said that they did not have any venue/jurisdiction to set it right due to a supreme court case law change. It is so sad the world first university in virtual class instruction was convicted for no class at all. If without COVID, it would still be hard to believe that there were face-to-face live classes happened every day at TVU, they were virtual! 2601:644:8C7F:BE40:A4A9:3FF6:C90B:4B88 (talk) 01:24, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
First, TVU existed since 2008, so BPPVE was still in operation then. Second, there were no classes. If you claim to know otherwise, you should have testified in Ms. Su's triel. I find it rather strange that you try to rewrite the well-known history of this institution. It leads me to believe that you have a connection to Ms. Su. jfeise (talk) 15:49, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The defense lawyer did not call any witness at all, and silent Dr.Su to speak also; while thousand student attend the class. 80+ faculty members taught classes. TVU was incepted on 3/17/2008 while BPPVE was dissolved in 2007 as the fact of history. ("The agency ceased operation on July 1, 2007). These were "well known" false and wrong information. With or without a connection is irrelevant, only the truth matters. 2601:644:8C7F:BE40:A872:9312:7723:9A02 (talk) 18:39, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
