Fair use rationale for Image:RickRossTrillaAlbumCover.JPG

[edit]

Image:RickRossTrillaAlbumCover.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Numbers sold?

[edit]

The numbers sold, 18 million the first day, is obviously ludicrous and false. If someone has a correct figure for it's first week please post it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.243.238.248 (talk) 23:04, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation

[edit]

I've moved this article to Trilla (album) again, and re-created the disambiguation page. Trilla, Pyrénées-Orientales is a small but notable French commune with a significant history (see this French Wikipedia article, and the corresponding articles in six other languages) which is considerably more notable than that of an album, still less an as yet unreleased album.

If it turns out that Trilla becomes rap's Sergeant Pepper, that is to say, an album which will still be talked about fifty years from now, then we can think about making it the primary topic for this headword. -- The Anome (talk) 16:01, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

it should be noted that the track "shot to the heart", if a true confirmed track, has been released as a street single since the summer of 2007. 137.99.171.118 (talk) 05:07, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It should be noted that there is also a track called "luxery tax" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.229.129.38 (talk) 20:01, 26 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation, again

[edit]

I've moved this article to Trilla (album) yet again. Look, Trilla can mean three things: a French commune, an as-yet-unreleased album by Rick Ross, or a Flamenco musical form that as yet has no article, but is already linked to by several other articles. It is naturally linked in all three contexts from other articles. Without the disambiguation page, it makes it significantly less likely that the French commune and Flamenco-genre articles will be found by readers and expanded.

Wikipedia is not an arm of the Rick Ross fan club, and, in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary, it is not Wikipedia's function to work out whether a Rick Ross album is more important than a type of Flamenco performance or vice versa. -- The Anome (talk) 15:27, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fourth Single

[edit]

Trey saying he shot a video with Rick Ross for This is the Life might be a single. Maybach Music had a video preview at the end of the BET version of Here I Am. Any news?

Sample Information

[edit]

Where are you guys getting the sample information from? Because I've listened to some of the tracks, especially The Boss, I don't hear the Mr. Mister and Diana Ross songs anywhere. Peecee1978 (talk) 16:55, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
